Dairy-free muscat pumpkin and almond soup is a fantastic way to warm the cockles on a chilly winter and you can follow this by our spiced lamb meatballs which are cooked to perfection in a rich roast tomato and garlic sauce. If you are looking to continue the vegan theme, then our wild mushroom, cannellini bean and piquillo pepper cassoulet can’t be beaten.

You’ll be spoilt for choice with this month’s dessert selection – chocolate torte with crème anglaise is always a treat but we have a soft spot for our zingy steamed lemon sponge pudding with lemongrass syrup and confit lemon and will be our go to pud this month.
