This month we’re championing the humble plum. Often overlooked, this British fruit is in full season this September and combines sweet and subtly sour flavours. Just as delicious straight from the tree as it is cooked down into juicy jams and store-cupboard chutneys, our set menu showcases the versatility of this fruit bowl favourite. We’re using the Victoria variety, which our friends at Oakchurch farm have been growing for us over the past few months.
