Our June set menu is absolutely stunning and features our star ingredient of the month, rhubarb. Whether you opt for the delicious roast rhubarb and fennel salad or the fresh and flavoursome seared Cornish mackerel, we have the perfect wine to pair with your dish. Roast rhubarb, fennel, pink grapefruit & roquette salad – Galanti sparkling rosé 

Seared Cornish mackerel fillet, spiced rhubarb chutney, summer vegetables, new potatoes, white wine dressing – Beaulieu rosé or Pinto Grigio rosé

Secrett’s Rhubarb Fool – try something a little different and opt for a glass of chilled Muscat or stick with the pink theme and try our rhubarb and honey martini
