Paired with fondant potato, braised carrot, tenderstem broccoli, lamb shoulder croquette, Jerusalem artichoke purée, confit garlic and lamb jus. So good it needs no explanation. (£29.95)

Dessert: Trio of Soufflés

A sweet trio of pistachio, raspberry and chocolate soufflés, served with Jude’s vanilla and chocolate ice creams plus raspberry sorbet. A treat to swoon over! (£9.95)
