Nestled just off the High Street and alongside the castle, The March Hare in Guildford is perfectly located for shopping, sight-seeing or just enjoying a great catch up with family and friends. It’s also a stone’s throw from where Lewis Carroll wrote Alice Through The Looking Glass – you can search for Alice in the castle!

The March Hare really does have something for everyone – from a light and colourful dining area, to a beautiful open conservatory for those sunny days, and a large private dining room upstairs for those special occasions. Dogs are very welcome in our bar and garden.  Please let us know if you are bringing your four legged friend along so we can reserve you a table within a dog friendly area. Water and treats are free of charge to our canine friends
