Our Heartwood pot is overflowing with anticipation as we welcome sugar and spice and all things nice during this season of warmth, with the launch of our tailored winter menu.
Grown with care and cooked with love, Chef Manoj – our Head of Food Development – has poured over these dishes, picking the very best that winter has to offer and introducing an array of mouth-watering new recipes.
Our à la carte menu is a celebration of the season’s bounty, featuring responsibly sourced meats, fish and plant-based options that showcase the best of winter flavours, from delicious slow-cooked duck leg in blackberry sauce to succulent pan-fried stone bass with poached mussels.
If you’re taking part in Veganuary, there’s no need to eat green and bear it – we’ve got you covered! With a creamy Muscat pumpkin risotto, a heavenly Artichoke and chestnut mushroom pie and a rich herby gnocchi with wild mushrooms – there’s plenty to choose from.
Let’s cut to the cheese. We want to remind you that Heartwood Inn’s are your pubs, created your way. We have listened to our guests, bringing back well-loved classics such as fish and chips, but don’t worry, we’ve kept the iconic cheese souffle.
